Firstly everyone gets a FREE SAMPLE SESSION. This is very important.  

By having a freebee you get a chance to experience what coaching is all about, the sorts of things we might do in a session, how coaching may help you and whether I'm the right coach for you.  There is no obligation whatsoever to continue after the free session.

However, more likely, you will think 'Ooo that was amazing, yes please I'd like some more of that', and then the next step is to have a 2 hour Discovery Session priced at £150.  This is where I get to learn lots more about you, what matters to you, your values, and what areas of your life you want to focus on.  Clients report that it feels like a 'real indulgence' to have 2 hours entirely focused on them and their lives.  It also really sets the groundwork for our ongoing coaching.

Ongoing coaching is then £75 a session and for that you get a 45 minute coaching session with text and email support between sessions as needed.  Most clients opt for 2 sessions a month but this is flexible.  

I recommend a minimum commitment of 6 sessions or 3 months as it takes time to build our coaching relationship and make it really powerful.  After that we will review and you decide if you'd like to carry on.
